The Citizens Advice Bureau helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. They provide guidance on completing court paperwork and advice on how to sue another person or a company or defend a claim if you are being sued. The Citizens Advice Bureau provide a fact sheet highlighting the advantages of using mediation compared to court action.
