The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators is a global organisation and deliver a renowned commercial mediation training course, its accreditation is internationally recognised.

The training comprises 5 full days of skills-based learning which is founded on 25 years of mediation practice, unique academic research and 10 years of experience in delivering effective training and development of professionals from all occupations. At the end of the course, successful candidates are eligible to apply for Associate grade of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and are entitled to class themselves as Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accredited Mediators.

A number of Effective Dispute Solutions Limited mediators are Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accredited Mediators, serve on their faculty team and their mediation panel.
