Professional Negligence Disputes

Where professionals have been alleged to have provided incorrect or poor advice and or services, have been reckless, negligent, generally failed in some way, leading to a loss to their client(s) it can lead to an action for professional negligence.

Having relied upon the alleged incorrect advice can lead to major expense for the individual(s) concerned. If the professional’s insurers become party to the dispute it can be magnified, taken out of the control of the parties and put further pressure on them.
