Our National Mediation Helpline consists of 40 mediators who provide a national mediation service. Our mediators will travel to you where ever you are based in the UK. Or if you prefer provide online mediation via Zoom.
Mediation Helpline Closes
Effective Dispute Solutions Limited is a Civil Mediation Council accredited mediation provider and was authorised to receive referrals from the Helpline up until it closed. In October 2011 the government and the Ministry of Justice replaced the Helpline with an on line listing of accredited mediation providers.
National Mediation Launch
A National Mediation Helpline was launched by the Ministry Of Justice to promote cost effective dispute resolution through mediation. The Ministry Of Justice worked closely with the Civil Mediation Council to deliver the helpline.

We are proud to say Effective Dispute Solutions Limited is listed as providing an accredited mediation service across the whole of the UK, despite the closure of the Helpline our mediation fees remain the same as those set by the Helpline for disputes with a value of up to £50,000.
