Mediation is a way to settle disagreements without dragging things to ad through court. A neutral mediator sits down with everyone involved, hears both sides, and helps guide the conversations towards a solution that works for everyone. It’s private, flexible, and way less stressful than a legal battle.
Not automatically. Mediation is a voluntary process, but if both parties agree on a solution, it can be written up into a formal agreement. Once signed, that agreement becomes legally binding, just like any contract. This applies only to civil and commercial disputes. Workplace disputes agreements are based on trust and good faith and are not legally binding.

Mediator services time limit may vary. Because many cases are settled in just a few hours. Some complex matters will need a full day, but it’s still quicker than court proceedings. A few hours to one day’s or months, if not years!
